BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at Lots 9 and 10, Craven's Subdivision No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 1, page 17, R.O.H.C., and an unplatted tract; being the property described as Panorama in deed book 3590, page 549, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 155H-C-3 and 155I-C-9. from R-3 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Use as restaurant and club only. 2. Access from Scenic Highway only. 3. Use for parking only the southernmost portion of the site (250' of frontage on Scenic Highway, extending to Lower Cravens Terrace). 4. Buildings shall not be over 37 feet in height. 5. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
